Your tenant portal is a 24/7 hotline that you can use to pay rent or submit an online maintenance request at any time! No more after hours voice mails or waiting till the next day to get the ball rolling on getting your maintenance issues.

Payment Online

My favorite part of your tenant portal is that you get to make a payment from wherever you are with the click of a button. There are two ways; Credit card which has a fee or straight out of your account that you set up which is free! It will inform MHN immediately that you have made a payment! The actual funds will take 3-4 business days to leave your account. Here are some helpful tools your tenant portal offers you:
  • View current and upcoming charges
  • Make a one time ("right here, right now") Payment
  • Schedule a one time payment for some point in the near future
  • Set up a recurring monthly payment
  • View previously created one time scheduled and recurring monthly payments
  • View your    payment history
Maintenance Requests

Submitting an online maintenance request is simple and quick. Tenants are able to submit maintenance requests online within the tenant portal. In the tenant portal, in addition to bills and payments, tenants will be able to submit and view the status of their maintenance requests.
Your tenant portal must be activated to use these tools. If your tenant portal has not been activated please give MHN a call and we can send you your activation email right away.
